"Visited on a Saturday before sundown to catch the sunset. Had a little trouble parking, seems the valet service was not open yet. So we had to drive around for a while to find parking. Found a spot on the residential street which was a bit sketchy, since there were no signs for parking. But was fine and walked about a block to the main entrance. The spot is a hotel, pass the lobby and grab elevator to the top floor. Sat with a good view towards downtown Miami. Lovely view and not too breezy. Just had an appetizer and a couple of drinks. Got the shrimp ceviche with plantain chips, which had good flavor. I had the Maracuya Pisco Sour which I enjoyed, nice and tart, and with a fancy froth design. Wife got a regular margarita, said it was average. The views are really what the highlight is here. You get a nice panoramic view of most downtown Miami skyscrapers. And before the DJ sets up the music, it is quite relaxing. Once the DJ sets up, then there is of course a club vibe. Waitresses were nice. It’s a nice restaurant off the beaten path and I would recommend a visit."
"We stumbled upon Terras by accident on our way out of Little Havana, but what a perfect accident that was. Arriving at happy hour for a few tasty and very affordable cocktails, few chicken mole tacos on blue tortillas and some plantain chips with black bean dip overlooking the Downtown skyline was an excellent end of our day."
"This is a hidden gem, recommend going there in the evening to see sunset and Miami’s financial district at night. Great drinks, we had some guacamole with plantains as well. Recommend!"
"I’ve had this little joint bookmarked in my Happy Hour collection for a long while and today I had time to swing by before my dinner reservation somewhere else. It’s a hip restaurant and bar located at the rooftop of the Life House hotel in Little Havana. I’ve driven by many times and always wondered what it’d look like inside and it’s a cute little joint, not gonna lie. Now as far as the bar itself, is not what I was expecting but it’s a nice hangout for a short period of time because of the humidity factor. I wasn’t gonna eat anything heavy so I tried the ceviche and had a couple of old fashioned’s. Best part of my time there was mingling with Yanet, the server. She was so friendly and attentive at all times with all her tables so the woman is on top of her game, no doubt. There was a DJ who also seemed to be a server so that’s a bit confusing but he was definitely entertaining the crowd. Ceviche was really good and fresh, old fashioned was packing a hell of a punch so I got lose and chill real fast. Overall a good Happy Hour joint where you can also enjoy the city views and good cocktails but it’s still too hot in October to fully enjoy an outside joint like this one because I was hot and bothered the whole time. Perhaps, I’ll swing by on a less humid, cooler evening next time."
"I loved the super cute ambiance of this place! The building itself is adorable, and the rooftop area with its well-spaced layout and abundance of plants creates the perfect chill vibe. While the views are just okay due to the perimeter wall causing some obstruction, it doesn't take away from the overall experience. Just be prepared for limited parking and bring along some patience. This place is truly a hidden gem, tucked away in a residential area. While parking can be a challenge, the effort is well worth it. The drinks were fantastic, and the food was also enjoyable. Our waiter was attentive, and the view from the venue was really nice. We left with a great impression and definitely plan to go back for another visit. Overall, this place has a charming atmosphere, delicious drinks, and good food. Despite the minor parking inconvenience, it's a hidden gem worth exploring."
