"I went to get some cookies 13 in a box and asked for them fresh, I ask 2 times please fresh but manager there told the worker to warm them up some old cookies in the original bag that comes with one. Got the cookies try to eat one hard as a rock in middle. I ask for my money back never been there since."
"Ordered ice cream cones and paid for them. We were handed ice cream in cups instead. We told the girl at the window that’s okay we would just like a refund. Her manager then told her to get the ones from the back…. the manager then instructed her to put the cones on top and serve it like this… seriously?! This was yesterday at 630 pm I wish I caught the managers name."
