"It's a shame that it takes 45 minutes for ice cream and then they give it to you melted. On top of that, the one who was responsible tells me that she repeats it to me and gives me the same, I will think that she works there because she is very smart."

"Very slow service. It might take 20-30 minutes to finally get your food. If you ask for your orders update you will be ignored. can’t blame them tho.. it’s McDonalds salary we’re talking about, not mentioning the homeless people they have to deal with."

"The recent remodel of this location has created an environment where there are no visible employees and no one operating the cash registers. Unfortunately, this new concept of McDonald's sends out cold fries repeatedly. This new remodel has created longer wait times and has seemed to decline in the quality (freshness) of McDonald's standard products. I'm optimistic corporate can come in and sort this mess out."

"This is the only McDonald's I've ever seen with a 24 hour WALK UP WINDOW... what?! That's right, directly in the middle, amongst the multitude of adjacent buildings of the Miami Dade College campus, sits this McDonald's, actually attached TO THE END of one of the campus' buildings... (pictured) It recently went under complete new construction, so recently in fact, workers were still putting the finishing touches on it during this review capture... It boasts the 24hr walk up window outside, a completely seperate pick-up/delivery area inside, and, another area for walk-ins... The new construction is clean and college friendly, with its multiple high tech self-service kiosks, digital pickup area, and front display monitors at the cashier for easy tap/apple pay... One very humorous, and it seems, necessary feature of this newly constructed McDonald's, is that the restrooms are COIN OPERATED... quite a throwback to its other tech savvy components at this location... ."

"This McDonald's location is simply a letdown. While we don't expect fine dining, basic cleanliness should be a given, even for a $1 sandwich spot, and especially with a college right across the street. The issues seem to stem from management, with unhappy staff, constant mess, order mistakes, and an overall bad experience - every single time. It's disappointing to see such an iconic American institution tarnished, especially in such a prime location. They have the potential to be the best in the area, but they're missing the mark. I snapped some photos, but this place has been in much worse shape. Finding a clean table is nearly impossible."
