"The person taking orders forgot my order and had me drive around and wait In a long line . She stood at the Window for 5 minutes just for me to have to go back around . Horrible service ."

"app curbside order because the area is bad. waited 30min then decided to go inside. order was just sitting there. looked inside, no napkins, no catchup, no straw. asked for some and was given rudly look. workers are close to retirement age with limited English. these jobs are for college kids trying to pay for college, NOT for older individuals that failed to get a career."

"Today, December 29, 2023, at 8:28 pm, I went to eat something. I went through this place and I never had any problems. But, today I bought several things and I also ordered two Mc Chicken. One of them was acceptable, but the other had the chicken taste like old. I went in to ask for a change from the Mc Chicken. Upon entering it looks a little unpleasant because there were two homeless people asking people to buy them something, and another outside glued to the drive thru with a sign asking for money. And the other thing is that using the rewards application, they don't know that with the same code when buying something with the rewards you can also pay the full bill. We called the manager and she told us that it can't be done. They don't know how to do it."

"My crispy chicken biscuit was hard as a rock. I almost broke my tooth biting into it. The staff is super rude & are bothered you're even ordering. In need of new management & staff. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrific experience"

"Can’t put meat, bread, toppings together accurately. Employees lack all basic competency necessary for human functioning. Pictured is the daily double with extra cheese… which should have lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise… rest assured they will waste your time and money. Shut this location down asap. Manager laughed at me and interrupted when I was explaining this meant I didn’t get to eat. Manager explained she was too busy and wouldn’t answer my calls. I explained to her that if she would have her employees complete accurate orders she would have so much free time."
