"Location not too bad. Place needs deep cleaning, but staff is genuinely nice. Great for a nice sit down breakfast. The parking lot had a guy hanging around though. Had to keep watch on my car because I had something on the back. This is just for FYI though. It didn’t affect the rating of the restaurant as this would probably be beyond their control"

"I just got Uber eats from this place. I've been in other Ihops, but that was the first time ordering with delivery. I ordered buttermilk crispy chicken and received chicken fingers,which were dry. Side very sad salad. I am attaching photos of what I have received! Even though the menu, through the app Uber Eats, is 2 to 3 $more expensive compared to if you dine in, the quality of the food is worse. I am writing my review here because Uber eats has just min options for review, and none of the include that the food was not good or a free text!"
