"i love polo tropical but not at this location !! employees are rude and not friendly and I ordered a large bowl but my food was just like a small bowl inside really disappinted"

"I was served by a lady named Belkis Batista she was rude lazy had no customer experience. I work in the service industry and for me to take the time to write a review is because she made my experience very bad. I bought a trópichop with extra chicken, it usually comes already chopped up and ready to go, however Ms Batista served me a whole breast chicken. When I asked her to please chop it up for me she gave me an attitude took the chicken and cut it into 3 huge pieces, I had to literally chop the chicken by hand mind that it was hot, when she saw me doing it, she asked me to move and do it somewhere else instead of asking me if she could cut it for me into smaller pieces. People like her make your restaurant and brand look really bad. Thanks to her you guys lost a very loyal customer that consume your products at least twice a week. I will never come back to pollo tropical and I hope that the management team address this and train your employees to have better customer service."

"To me this seems like a place to quickly get Latin style food, esp for lunch, and when time is limited. Nothing was particularly wrong, just noticed the priority is in getting the food moving and not on the expirence of the customer eating in. The tables were not the cleanest, and the bathrooms were not the standard I would like them to be, like as if they were cleaned that morning and it was 2 pm. The food hit the spot, I just can not rate the same as restaurants that do focus on such things. I would eat here again."

"Bad Service, it was almost 9pm and when we walked in employees were not greeting their customers, there was no AC in the restaurant. We wait almost 20 minutes to order and then other 20 to get our food. Of course the drinks they served us were very warm and the food was not tasting as usual. When we went to the counter to ask for utensils cause they didn’t give it to us either, they were keep telling us to wait. We understand rush at restaurants can happened but you got ti be well trained and with enough staff to handle it. I’ll never come back to this place."
