"Was ordering the grilled cheese with a patty for someone (sandwich not pictured). Let me start with, the plaza where this was located was decent. However, this spot or that day was really understaffed. The same guy taking the orders was making burgers. The floor was sticky and gunky. This should have been a sign to leave. I also noticed burger patties and buns sitting on the grill. The store was not busy, so not sure why. Anyway, got the order anyway. The person later complained of feeling a little sick, coincidentally after eating the grilled cheese sandwich. I wouldn't recommend this location. Thumbs down. Management, clean your store and hire more staff. Fresh burgers and fries are what makes Five Guys top notch."
