Chipotle Mexican Grill 891 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33130

"Yeah so basically this store is so gross, they close at 11pm and stop making food at 9 they told me. So if you get there between 9-11p it's all old food or they're out of everything and you have to take what they have and it's 2 hours old. They are more worried about leaving at exactly 11 that they're cleaning the grill by 10pm. I got there after the gym and they had old chicken from the bottom of the pan and barbacoa that looked ok. But they aren't worried about customers getting fresh food. Generally when the hours are posted they're supposed to make fresh food until they're closed and let no more customers in at 11 then start cleaning to go home. But nobody cares or takes pride in anything anymore such a shame. They're just profiting off being in a busy location in Brickell, the owner really should address this sloppy situation before the health department makes a surprise visit. Which can happen any day. I'll take pictures tomorrow at the same time and show everyone."

"Perfect location but food was cold (like freezing) and the service was not profesional. Gave the food three stars because I went home and grilled my burrito and it was amazing. A shame this amazing location is being used like this, it should be the best chipotle in town."

"Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever received. The girl serving the bowls was rude provided a horrible customer service. All i asked was how long for chicken she remarked 15 min and proceeded to say…… are you gonna get something else then? I asked if it was possible to have them go grab the chicken from the Togo order station because they had a whole tray of full chicken on that side. They remarked RUDELY that that’s not the way it worked and order on the app then. They need to seriously consider who is working here. They should never make customers feel dumb or alienated. Do better Chipotle."

"I was initially worried due to the large amount of bad reviews. IT’S NOT BAD. I even added photos of the place. They are clean, good, and a nice chipotle location to order at. The workers didn’t skimp out on the food, and I enjoyed my experience."

"Great location in Brickell. I was staying at the CitizenM Hotel and this and Burger King were my two quick low end options for food without breaking the bank. Paid $21.82 total for a Chicken Bowl & Carnitas Bowl with Guacamole. Not bad for two people. We brought drinks in from a local CVS on a hot Miami day. Not the biggest place but it has a decent size seating area."
