"This was the worst meal I ever bought. I ordered the 1/2 chicken., with rice and beans. When I opened my order there was less than a spon of rice, the roll was hard as aa rock and the chicken was old or reheated. It's tasted like wood. I'm so disappointed. I called for another order and I'm still waiting for a call back. Totally disgusting. I hope they read this so they can do better for other people, because I have to my coworkers. Don't eat there. Shame on them."

"I think that they need more staff. I know times are a little difficult and maybe that's why they seem to be short staffed. However, not having enough employees might be the reason why one of the employees was a bit rude and not too friendly. The food was good though."

"This Pollo Tropical is on the grounds of Jackson Memorial Hospital. You have to park in one of the garages, but Park Plaza garage is the closest to it. I wanted to try their new salad.....the Avocado Cilantro Chicken Salad. It was a large portion for me, and I got two meals out of it. I loved the dressing that came with it. I will definitely order it again. It was delicious. I took the Caribbean soup to eat later. It was really good with pieces of corn and yucca."

"I recently came here on 6/13/22. When I walked into the food court it was overcrowded with people. I went into the line, and less than ten minutes later, it was time for me to order my food. I admit that they do work quickly. However, they need to work on customer service. The cashier and other workers were rude to me. They served me spoiled lemonade and snatched my receipt out of the bag to throw it away. They didn't even bother asking If I wanted my receipt or not. They just threw it away; a worker is not supposed to assume that everyone doesn't want their receipt. They should ask first. Furthermore, they were no sauces available, and because the cashier was rude and impatient, I didn't receive the chance to ask for them. The food was good, but it was small for a large tropichop. Aside from the poor customer service, I enjoyed my visit."

"I ordered online through GRUBHUB. Delivery Service was good. Food was good. I ordered the whole chicken. We love Pollo Tropical chicken & we used to go eat lunch or dinner at the downtown location every Sunday but sadly it closed down. Now, we order online from time to time."
