"This place is horrible. I work at jackson overnight and I would order a salad bowl from them all the time because I'm on a keto diet and can not eat carbs. Now every time I go there it's always excused of why they can't make a bowl for me. Or always say " we are not doing any bowls or don't have bowls." Which is total bullcrap because I seen the lids there. The night shift is so lazy it's just sad they act as if they hate their job and don't want to be there. If you hate your job soo much why work there? Because the attitude definitely shows. Smh"

"So I was at Jackson Memorial and ran across the street for a familiar lunch. The place was packed and the line was moving slow. I settled in for a 'take me now' kind of experience. But as I watched the line move, I realized the guy was working by himself and was working his butt off. He had a great attitude, even when an UBER eats guys showed up with an attitude. I think the employee's name was Garrett. He deserves a medal for not only doing his job, but having a great attitude, all while keeping the store clean!! Well done Garrett!!"

"Went here two days ago and ordered a steak and egg 6 foot sub with roast beef added, all the veggies with guacamole (smashed avocado) combo with cookies. Food was great. I just can't get passed the $4 charged for the roast beef and $3 charged for the guac. Total cost came to over $21 Therefore, they lose points. Otherwise, everything was on point."

"Well as far as I am concerned, I had a pleasant experience here. That too around 2 past midnight. Idk why they're not updating the business hours."
