"We have been to Burger Fi plenty of times and usually love the food and place but out take our order tonight was far from good. The restaurant was dirty when I walked in. My order was on time right at 7pm as I requested in the order but they (as did I) forgot the vanilla shake. After leaving, I turned around to come back for the shake because it cost almost $7. The gentlemen made it pretty quickly but I got to observe him use no gloves and smother his barehand all over the top of the cup - he gave me the wrong flavor which we took anyways for lack of wanting to spend more time there. When we got home, my son opened his food and asked if he hotdog is supposed to look like this. All we ordered was two kids meals and one of the kids wasn’t even able to eat."

"Years ago I was addicted to this fast food franchise, but since the coral gable’s location shut down, I had burgerfi 4 times in last few years. Well we made a mistake going here the other night. The restaurant was empty with probably 2 take out orders, the manager taking the order was not hospitable, was giving rude answers to the questions we had. We placed the order and sat outside. The food arrived 20 minutes later. The fries were cold and soggy. The veggie burger was alright but the chicken sandwich was not. Anyways we finished our meal and the table next to us asked the manager if she can get water and he didn’t reply at all and just left the table, walked to a different table and looked at the dirty table and walked away. I will not recommend this place, there are many better places that will be worth the money you are spending and will be respected as a customer."

"We had a terrible experience. We went there today Saturday at 7pm. We literally waited 23 min for a hot dog, which was burned. It was not even packed , it was a family of 6 and maybe 2 or 3 tables. The family of 6 had to return almost all their orders. I didn't complain because I was with my baby and wanted to leave , but very poor service"

"Unfortunately there ways seem to be a disconnect with the customer service here everytime I seem to come here . The young man who was taking out order yawned in my face over 3 times and seems to be out of it , which was quite unpleasant to watch. I also had a couple questions in regards to the menu which he had no idea about . The lack of knowledge about the menu items was bizarre for someone to be working at the cash register working in front of people . Our meal came in about 45 minutes which is unacceptable especially because the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Regardless I enjoyed my burger I had the “VEGAN BEYOND BURGER” which had 100% Plant-Based Beyond Burger From Beyond Meat, Ketchup, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onions, on a Vegan Multigrain Bun . I asked to have the pickles removed and added a side of regular fries . I also tried the ghost pepper honey which was perfection and the Memphis sweet bbq . Overall my meal was great but the customer service has to be better and fast ."
