"My 1st visit was great. I wanted a large cafe con leche dark and sweet. Is was perfecto. I went in 2 days later, excited to have found a new cafe place. The lady finished helping the person next to me. Turned around and started washing a dish, I thought ,ok let her finish then she'll help me. There were more dishes, after a few minutes I said "excuse me, can you please help me?". Her answer. "I didn't see you there!". It was not my imagination I was being ignored. 2 other employees ingnored me too. The cafe was perfecto day one. 2nd visit was terrible. Now I know why the place is empty, why they have no croquettes or pastelitos ready like other places. They would spoil from no customers."

"Food taste is overall very good, SAD half the menu offered is not available, some essential parts of a plate not coming with the order and until the client ask then they say “sorry, they went to buy the avocado”. CAREFUL, charges a 3% for using debit or credit card and a 15% gratuity without your consent (I normally give 20% with good service). Owners or manager do not take ownership and show their face when there is a complaint. I only recommend a glass of fresh orange juice for $4.50, the rest any cuban restaurant would do better, DO NOT GO!!!"

"Hands down our favorite weekend breakfast spot to go sit down and have a fantastic meal. Service is friendly, the location is clean and the price is the best in the area for the meal that you get. My steak, eggs, potatoes and coffee come in at under $10. My Spouse's veggie omelet is another reasonably priced item that also comes with cafe con leche. I forgot to mention and picture the fresh, hot Cuban bread that is provided with every order. The service charge is modest and noted on both the menu and receipt. The Staff completely deserve it in my opinion and I usually add a few dollars extra. Thank you for the great food and service, see you all soon."
