"Ordered food to pick up online. It was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes per the app. I got there about 9 minutes later and still ended up waiting 20 more minutes for my food. People that ordered their food in line at at store got their food before me. It’s obviously pointless to order ahead of time."

"The proprietors of this Wendy's location need to give it some TLC, and the employees need more training. The cuisine is excellent, on par with any other Wendy's, however dining in the dining area is a little disappointing because there is no ice in the two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines, one of which is broken and only partially functional, and the other with limited options. It can be difficult to ask for ice and to refill a flavor that isn't working on the one soda stream machine with ALL flavors when you go to the counter because some of the workers don't even know enough English to understand what "Ice" or "Coke Zero" mean."

"Only giving this place one star because I can’t find a way to make it go lower. We ordered ahead online and it took us an hour from placing our order to getting our food. When we got it there were multiple mess ups and we had to keep asking for the rest of our order. The young women with the grey hair working up front this Sunday was extremely rude and has no place working in any sort of customer survive at all. She wouldn’t look people in the eye or speak to anyone and just gave all the customers in their dirty looks. I’ve worked in the food service industry my whole life as an associate and manager and I would never let someone like that near my customers she’s a massive problem that needs addressed."

"Talking about a filthy, abandoned facility. Wow! What a waste of venue. Staff was untrained. I greeted good evening, how are you? The actual manager did not respond and was bothered I actually went in to the counter and placed an order. Wow! And NOT in a good way. Great friends and juicy burger. Place was filthy. Does this place have regional operations or something? Seriously Wendy’s."
