"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My order of 1 Jr. Whopper, 1 Chicken sandwich and 2 fries took 45 minutes. I've never, ever seen such a disorganized workplace. They have a captive clientele. That's the only possible reason they are able to stay open. If a representative from head office paid them an unannounced visit, I'm certain things would be firced to change, or they'd be shuttered. An absolute disgrace."

"When the unemployment rate is low, there are people working who shouldn’t be. Do they all have to work at the Birger King in Terminal 1 Concourse B at the Fort Lauderdale Airport? The staff here at 10:00 A.M. on Feb 10, 2024 should be on welfare, not masquerading as employees. It took forty minutes from the time the kiosk printed my receipt until my order was finally ready. Nine worthless people were standing around doing virtually nothing. They were foul mouthed, poorly spoken, desperately slow, rude, and incompetent. These folks are why SSI exists. I beg the entire staff to walk out and ride the bus to the closest welfare office. Let there be no illusion that this group of illiterate unfortunates should be employed. Every time they clock in, the public is harmed."

"Order through kiosk which did not supply receipt. Took picture of order number because it was too long to remember. Waited for 25 minutes for food then person demanded to see receipt when we picked it up - explained kiosk is not providing receipts they begrudgingly accepted photo of order number. Our order included four burgers with cheese added to all and two of them plain. NONE of them were correct, and two had mostly raw meat! Strongly recommend going with any of the other airport options."

"From the time I got in line to order food from the self-service kiosk (with maybe 10 people ahead of me) till the time I actually received my order (a whopper with cheese, fries and a coke) I spent around 45 minutes waiting for my food. The whole reason I went to BK at the airport was because I wanted a FAST food option, but be warned, there is nothing FAST about this BK. First off, folks were having a lot of problems using the self-service kiosks, so that delayed things quite a bit. Secondly, all of the line cooks were moving at a glacial pace. However, the worst was the girl handing out the food. The line cooks would have 5-6 bags full of orders and ready to go, and the girl at the counter would leave and go to the back for 5-10 minutes to do who knows what, and would come back up front, only to barely get get fries started on the orders that were already bagged sitting there, waiting to go... Just spare yourself the headaches at this BK, because my experience seems consistent with the rest of the negative reviews."

"This is by far the WORST location I have ever been to. This is because of the employees. This evening I counted 6 employees standing around talking with over 20 customers waiting for their food. They seriously would talk for 5+ minutes and then all make a burger. I watched as it took them 7 minutes to make my 2 whopper juniors!! Sooo many outraged customers were complaining because the employees are simply that negligent and lazy. Elderly people needed to place an order at the register (instead of kiosk) and the employees told them they had to use the kiosk or go elsewhere to get food. Not even 2 minutes later a friend of the employee comes up, places an order at the register, and gets their order in under a minute when others have been waiting up to 30 minutes. This location NEEDS to either be closed down or all current employees need to be fired and replaced with individuals that give a single care about their job."
