"I was grabbing lunch for my guys since we work at a construction site nearby. I ordered 3 Whole chickens with 3 rice and 3 beans. I kept asking for plates and sauce. I had to ask several times and all I got was 3 plates and 3 sauce. I’m trying to feed 10 guys appropriately. I would appreciate it if the staff doesn’t ignore the customers."

"I like their healthy dishes but this time everybody seemed tired. It's understandable because it was almost 9:00pm, but I paid for a churrasco and their portion was less than half of what they usually serve. When I enquired about it, they told me that they accidentally forgot to tell me that they were out of beef and were deciding if they should make some more... Lucky for me, I ordered dine-in and had to wait for almost 20 minutes extra before I received the proper amount that I paid for. Always check your plates and ask about any doubts, particularly if your order is to go"

"I’m living in the northern states, Pollo Tropical use to be one of the most rewarding experience visiting Miami Beach. In this particular occasion the lack of management was evident, the dining area and tables needs be clean, and the attitude toward the customer was rude. The food flavor needs to back to the original taste. Pollo Tropical owner at Biscayne Blvd. Miami, FL needs to take a robust action, a lot room to improve. I’m so disappointed!!!!"
