"By far the prettiest and cutest McDonald's I've been to. The way they've decorated the building is so pretty, and glad we came to visit on our last day. It was our first time ever having double filet-o-fish as we do not get them in the UK. Service was good, food was good, customer service was good, and toilets were clean and limited to customers only which is nice because then you know it doesn't get dirty and messy in there if it was more open to the public. It was great to see strangers just casually start talking to one another so openly. It had a very nice vibe from our experience."

"I am a regular customer at this McDonald’s for the past couple of years. I have never experienced the worst customer service that was given to me on Sunday, October 8, 2023. I work in customer service and I would never treat the customer bad. Especially when they are repeat guest. Arguing with customer is not right. I had place in order through the drive-through. I placed an order for a Big Mac no pickles that was not given to me at all. I would not make a big issue about it. But it’s the principle. Because, I was charged for it. No apology at all. Where they called the Police officer to get involved to try to calm the situation down. But the person that said they were the manager did not want to give me the Big Mac sandwich that was missing. The sales receipt"

"The outside of the building looks great and fits right in what we are looking fir en Calle Ocho. On the inside you get the usual macdonalds, very clean and easy to order and get your food. To use the restroom/washroom you need to ask the cashier to unlock the door. Overall is good place and their ice cream machine is works! ;)"
