"This place literally sucks. Send my husband there to get food and it was disgusting, the cheese yuca bites were colder than the water on my fridge. The rice was under cooked and lest not talk about the avocado they gave me, it look so gross. Y’all need to do better and take your job serious, if y’all keep serving people this garbage y’all are going to get in trouble one day."

"Just left there like 15mins ago. Really had a terrible experience. From the guy that took my order and the lady that prepared my food. And they have items on the menu screen that have been discontinued and it seems they have no urgency to inform you of that when you place your order. Asked to speak to a manager and they never came to see what my needs were. Just yelled from the back and told them how to attend me. And when I asked for a substitute to what I originally ordered they still put the wrong thing in my bag. Just a terrible experience and I made a complaint with their headquarter department. We shouldn’t have to go through these terrible experiences when we are choosing to spend money with your establishment. Y’all have to do better…"

"In this particular Pollo Tropical the food is really tasty. However, service is the worst. They take longer than in any other Pollo T that I’ve been to. Before I taste the food I thought about giving them only star. But I have to give them 3 just because of how good the food is. Also, I recommend the pork rather than any other meat on a Tropichop. Enjoy!"

"The food here is delicious, and the service is good, but the drive thrugh line takes FOREVER! Out of all fast food restaurants, this is definitely the SLOWEST. If they would figure out how to speed it up, we would eat from here all the time. I hate waiting 20+ minutes in a drive thrugh."
