"I am not impressed with the service I got from them. I use Uber eats to order food from them and I got sweet-and-sour chicken and it was just fried though no chicken in it and teeny tiny pieces. I called three times all times I was transferred or disconnected, so I just gave up and decided to leave this review not recommended. There’s a lot of Chinese food around here just go someplace else."

"I had to call 6 times before I spoke to a male manager. Very disappointed and he was screaming and blaming me for other customers issues. All I wanted was utensils and specific condiments. I ordered chicken and broccoli and hot wings. What I received for calling him was a drenched bag full of grease from the hot wings . I know it was deliberately done . This manager was angry at me . For other customers I had to throw all my food away. And since uber/ post mates don’t care what food u received. I had to pay to throw this in the garbage the broccoli and chicken was so sweet. The chicken wings were drenched in grease which was spilled all over the bag. Horrible experience. The owner needs a better manager."

"I placed an order via UberEats. Their food is so gooood! Their portions are big and worth the price. I loved their sweet and sour chicken and chili oil! Their fried rice and chicken lo mein is very flavorful. Definitely would order from them again!"

"My first time ordering was for takeout last week and I just ordered again for delivery tonight. Both times most of the sauce that comes with the dumplings spilled out of its container. The first time I said nothing. The second time I called and suggested that maybe they could wrap the smaller sauce container in plastic wrap, as other restaurants do, to prevent spillage. The cover of small container of sauce seems to melt a little and bend when placed in the larger container with the hot dumplings. When this happens some of the sauce, at least half, spills out into the larger container with the dumplings. I didn’t say anything at first because I thought it was a minor mistake and it actually added to the taste of the dumplings. However, the second time it happened so much more of the sauce spilled that it made the bottom of some dumplings soggy. When I called, and suggested that maybe they could just wrap the small container, in plastic, to prevent spillage, I was told to get my food some where else. I was told that, In over four years of doing business they have never had such a complaint so they are not going to change. I completely understand the restaurant not wanting to make a costly change over one, seemingly minor complaint. But in thinking about it I realize that others may have had the same experience as me but felt no need to complain. My issue may seem minor but am I really the only one?"
