Joe's Old School Pizza

"I decided to try this place. I had spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce some garlic rolls and a Coke. By far the best thing was the garlic rolls. The spaghetti and meatballs was not bad. It was just average. I ate inside the restaurant... And let's just say it was very bizarre!! Obviously this building used to be some type of a mechanic shop, so what they did was they just have the garage door open and tables and seating inside. Which is okay however there was a very strong breeze which was coming right through the building and I had to literally put an anchor on my napkins and everything else so it wouldn't blow off the table!! Like I said that was very bizarre. I don't know if they had any restrooms available if they did maybe they were outside but I didn't see any. I simply wanted to try the place and I did I don't know how the pizza is because I didn't have that. But again the garlic rolls were excellent!"

"I kept hearing about this place, and passing by, I decided to stop in. It's not really a dine-in environment, although the do have a few tables, the place is completely open to the outside on two sides. I just wanted a slice to go anyway. The staff was pleasant and friendly. They have huge slices (I had them cut mine in half. Picture is one slice). For 6.99, you can get two huge slices and a drink. The best part was the pizza. It had a great flavor, NY style thin crust with crispy edges. Definitely try it if you're in the area!"

"I ordered two pizzas. I was looking forward to these pizzas. They gave me the wrong pizzas. I got to keep them. They did credit me for a future purchase. That was fair. The garlic rolls are a good size. They tasted great. I ordered them with extra garlic sauce. I enjoyed them. One of the pizzas that came was a cheese one. I thought the cheese did not have a lot of flavor, or maybe it was overwhelmed by the sweet flavor of the sauce. It was too sweet for my taste, the sauce. The second pizza that came by mistake was amushrooms and onion. The sweet sauce flavor was not was strong on that one. I could still taste it but not as strong. The crust was good. The pizzas were big. Both pizzas together around fifty dollars. It was not for me."
