"This was my first visit to this place. I had always wanted to come because of the retro style of the trailer. I enjoyed the ambiance – it's retro, beautiful, and well-maintained. However, the service fell short; despite the place being almost empty (only 3 tables), the waiter was rude (Mora I think), rushing us and pressuring us to order quickly. As a first-time visitor, I would have preferred some time to review the menu, but she didn't even give us 5 minutes and insisted on a swift return of the menu. The service was clearly impolite. When inquiring about the food, I felt uneasy. The little I asked was answered rudely, and it seemed like the waiter didn't have time for us. I wondered if our use of Spanish played a role, as the waiter, who was just starting her shift when we arrived, may not have appreciated it. Despite the subpar service, the food was excellent – tasty, well-presented, and plentiful. It's disappointing that the rushed service prevented us from enjoying a leisurely conversation over coffee."

"I got the gluten free pancakes! Pretty darn good! So was the sausage and hash browns. They have gluten free toast here as well which was a plus. Only downside was that we got there during a rush (11:30am on a Sunday) and it took 45 minutes for the food to come out. So I’d recommend coming at a slower time, but other than that it was great diner food + service!"

"Went with my uncle, and he loved it. They play classics he enjoyed and the atmosphere is beautiful. Our server, Brandon, was so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely need to come back for a milkshake next time."

The staff was incredibly friendly and prompt, making me feel right at home. The decor and style was eclectic, just like you would expect from a diner. The food was also good with plenty of options available. Moonlight Diner is a wonderful touch to the heart of Hollywood."

"A great diner with fabulous food, service and retro atmosphere! The French Onion Soup was phenomenal! The steak and burger were very delicious! Many different food choices, desserts and shakes are available. They are also open for breakfast as well! Our server was great! Fast, friendly and very helpful! Love the 50’s diner decor and atmosphere! Located in a bustling shopping district with many different attractions nearby. Highly recommend eating here!"
