"It's Fast Food not alotto expect but after 7pm this store gets very slow."

"I am a regular customer. Last Sunday, I visited the Miramar outlet with my friend, and we ordered a Deep Sea Doubler sandwich deal and surprisingly got it within 2 minutes, which usually takes more time to serve. In both sandwiches, the FISH were re-fried, and their edges were very hard to eat. The very next day, both of us have severe stomachache issues."

"I purchased 4 apple pies. Judging the speed of the service. I should have gone to Publix next door and bought a full pie instead. It would have been faster."

"It doesn't matter if you go there in the daytime or the nighttime, this specific checkers spot is run by people who do nothing but have an attitude and the worst part is you're the paying customer. From the manager and shift leads to the little kids running drive thru at night this establishment have left multiple bad marks in my book. At one point they even gave me over cooked fries that were crisper than a potato chip and another time tried to give me a milkshake that they spilt and tried to wash off with water in the same damn cup. Fast food or not, paid enough to care or not, this place and its workers need a whole new re training on what customer service is and looks like."

"I’m not the one to risk anyone’s job but the service I received from here on my last visit was the worse I’ve seen in fast food. This young lady in this photo HATES her job and she had no issue showing it to the customer. Extremely rude, kept huffing and puffing, yelling out the window as I’m waiting on my food complaining about how many cars keep pulling up in the driveway and it was only 2am when this location closes at 4am. The staff didn’t have any rhythm at all of trying to push the food out to the customers. The lead for the night was cursing out loud being completely unprofessional.10 mins went by and everyone avoid coming back to the window and the lead member finally came and said “why are you still here”. I waited for my food for almost 20 mins as they huffed puffed complained and totally neglected servicing the guest and delivering food to the guest. It’s checkers I come to this location all the time and I don’t expect 5 start steakhouse experience at fast food but what I saw with my own eyes, these associates should not be handling people’s food, it’s scary and distasteful that people work for a job and don’t actually want to work and complain Infront of the customers out loud ! The only person that was working was the older woman who doesn’t speak much English but literally was the only one working hard."
