"They just cannot seem to pay attention to the counter and the self. Check outs, never work and then instead of delivering my food. The girl sat there and played on her phone I mean, you know, need you to be there, but you are there, so maybe you could do something."

"What bad customer service, they don't give you what you order, they treat you badly and even discriminate against you, you receive all of this from the manager on duty on 01/02/2024 time: 3:00pm"

"Waited for 40+ minutes and couldn’t place an order after being told to wait. The cashier was: taking orders, caring for online orders, probably making the meals too. Then upon leaving, I noticed a couple of employees sitting talking, another was having a conversation with a customer while I was still waiting. I ended up leaving. Worst location ever, I didn’t know this wasn’t a fast food location."

"Stay away! I waited 10 minutes for a QP meal and both burger and fries were warm at best. They removed the self serve fountain drinks and there are no napkins or condiments out. It took another 5 minutes to go back up and ask for napkins and salt and ketchup. This place is a joke now."
