"I normally don’t mind the wait and I didn’t have a problem with the service but I paid $21 just to receive cold food and a milk shake that’s not even cold. The worse part is that don’t even mix the flavors anymore. It taste like warm strawberry syrup ☹️"

"The fish sandwich was beyond soggy and to be honest really nasty. Didn't get a receipt although I asked for it. Was told that they didn't have it for a very long time. Ordered a swirl cone and of course, they had no cone. No tartar sauce or mayo. Ordered a checker burger with ad on bacon and received it without. Also ordered monsterella sticks and they didn't give me any marinara until I actually asked for it. And also ordered a small coke with no ice. Which I have not received and the drive through window was closed very rudely in my husbands face. Horrible disgusting attitudes all the way. Worse checkers I have ever been too"

"A friend from out of state had never been to checkers. We tried it out. He's a fan! Burgers were fresh. Fries were great. Only issue is that this store any as well as many others makes people stop before the window and wait 3- 5 minutes for the food. Then they pull up to the window once it's ready. I wish they're were less concerned with their numbers and now concerned with actual productivity. The customer hates this! Taco Bell does it too"

"The lady white manager and black gentleman that took my order at the drive - thru wouldn't give me a receipt and gave me excuses that they didn't have receipt paper and that it wasn't working. However, the main issue is the nasty attitudes I received. I've eaten at several Checkers locations and was surprised after being very polite and calm. Please view my other positive and negative reviews so you know this is a legit review."

"I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived I went through the drive thru and there was no one at the register. Then, I turned around the rest and saw that two people were outside and coming towards the restaurant ( it turned out to be the 2 employees) I ordered the 1/2 pound chicken combo :( my food was overcooked. The fries were so hard that I couldn't even eat them. + I also noticed that there were no sauces in the bag so I asked the worker and he just looked at me like he was annoyed, he handed me the sauces and closed his window. Very poor customer service. Very sad experience."
