"Ordered a mobile order on the app and when I picked up my truck did not fit through the skinny drive thru so I just walked up to the window. I was looked at and ignored for quite a few minutes as I could see my order laying there on the counter before I put my phone up to the glass and finally they put they’re phones down and I got some acknowledgment. Once I got the order and went to eat it, it wasn’t even right. On my baconzilla I asked for no cheese sauce, only cheese slices. When I got it it had only cheese sauce and no cheese slices. Exactly opposite. Don’t waste your time or money on this inconsiderate lazy location."
"Horrible service to pick up a order the staff was eating while I was waiting ignore me several times . I try Waving my hand and honking to get their is attentions and still got ignored. I I had to get out of the pick up line and go to order line for me to finally get Service to pick up my order. After informing them, that was there to pick up an order. They told me I had to go to the delivery line. I informed them I was waiting for several minutes and was ignore. The worker attending the window said Sorry we didn't see you and finally I got my order."
"After waiting approximately 15 minutes in the drive through we were told to pull to the Uber side once we pulled to the Uber side after approximately another 10 to 15 minutes wait time the food was still not ready asked the manager what happened he caught a very nasty attitude and you can hear the employees in the back I give them a negative five stars and employees making food no gloves"
"I am not a big fan of robot drive-thrus, but this checks automated service got everything right in regard to my order. After a long line when I got to the window my food was almost ready. Staff were friendly and energetic."
