McDonald's

"I walked into this place to order two happy meals for my great grand children, and a black cashier asked me to come down to the register, but I didn't hear that. I thought she asked me to sign in to the kiosk, so my response was that I don't want to used that, but instead of her saying ma'am please come to this rigister. She immediately became aggressive,and said In a harsh tone of voice. "Ma'am what are you talking about." And so I was trying to place the order, and I thought she said that she was not taking my order, because she was of Haitian decend, and she was talking, so rudley to me, so I said" I'm going to call customer service, because you refuse to take my order.". So now here come this young punk jumping into the conversation, by responding. "That is not what she said, and he was Haitian too. So she politely looked over me and took the young punk's order, and walked away. I said that I'm going to call customer service, but she didn't care, I asked for a manger, and a nice cashier said she the manger, so I immediately started grasping for air, because I couldn't believe that she was a manager and has a vad behavior. The nice cashier took my order. I was so horrified by a manager was down right nasty too me in front of children.i then asked her for her name, but she totally ignored me. Last month I ordered the same thing, and I had the great grand children with me, and I'm thanking God that they were not with me. And then the young punk had the audacity to try, and video, and I pulled out my phone and said that I will call the police and so he turned off his phone. And my response was. Mind your business."

"Will always the ghetto McDonald's no matter which race runs it. It was trash when it was all Spanish workers. It's 3 times worse under these Haitians that don't speak English so a non Haitian will be waiting forever. 2) they talk about everything but the food that's missing. I see playing in the kitchen. Cashiers walk pass you like you don't exist. Overall, customer service is cow manures. And it starts with Management. Diversity doesn't exist here and no one is trained on customer service. This store needs Jesus."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Total insult and disrespect to the people they are serving this food too. I order Big Mac meal, the Big Mac didn’t have sauce or any toppings, the fries were oily yet undercooked. Like this is McDonald’s, I’m not expecting much but at least Edible FOOD. It was gross, I don’t even feel right about feeding this to my dog or stray cats outside. Avoid at all costs…"

"This is the best McDonald's. I frequent this location;however, this particular food visit was not up to the high standards I know and love. This was the 1st time I received a lukewarm, almost cold Big Mac, nor was it cooked with additions requested. The bread edges were really hard. I came home and put meat into the air fryer for a couple of minutes, and then I added bread inside to warm swiftly. I would've given 5 stars. I believe my next visit will be a comeback. I'm not discouraged; yet, I was disappointed. I believe in this particular location. Don't fail me. I need to be able to edit this review."

"I have never reviewed anywhere a one star, but my experience was the worst service I've ever received at a McDonald's, and that's saying a lot! I visited with my young daughter, but they were unable to serve us the order I paid for. However, instead of trying to work out a resolution, the staff chose to just ignore us and hoped we would leave unserved."
