"The customer service is horrible i prefer not to go when trell is there I dnt know if he is a manager r not but he is very rude very bad customer service talk to the customer any kind of way!!"

"They stopped selling some of the subs at night for no apparent reason. Then was told by the employee that the manager chose to do this. That’s flat out being lazy on their part. Since when do you decide to not make hot subs at night because you don’t want to clean?"

"I bought a njoy. It was on sale first time I got in there the guy was confused (didn't seem to pick up the right product and had a hard time listening to me ) and told me there's a limit of how many I can buy after he said he was a manager and tried being ungrateful because there's no such thing as a limit on customer pods. It actually goes cheaper the more you buy second day I went in there. I went to get the same sale. I gave the guy a five he forgot to give me a dollar change"

"I love this place. I'm from Georgia and we don't have a Wawa. The equivalent of a Wawa in Georgia is a QuikTrip. I don't live far but it's dark so I chose NOT to leave my home & make an online order. I have NEVER had an issue with an o line order but tonight WHOEVER is making the online orders chose NOT to slow down and read what the customer was asking for. I NEVER eat lettuce on my sandwiches. You never know I could have been allergic & you ruined my dinner for the night. Please be careful & NEXT time make the sandwich the way it was asked to be made NOT to your liking. Thank you."
