"I just had the worst experience in a while in this place, March 27th 2023. 10:45 pm. After waiting a long time to get to the window in order to pick up a delivery order this person on the photo told me: “no more uber or DoorDash” and walked away. I kindly asked: Can you tell me why? (Because I need to explain either the client and customer service why I couldn’t fulfill the batch) because I was working too, she just ignored me. I asked again: can you please explain me why, I need to give an answer and she laugh and closed the window on my face without even talking. I knocked and opened the window to ask for third time, and told her: please I need to explain why I won’t be able to deliver the order and she slammed the window again sayin “f.. u”. After that I kept there just asking for an answer to give a justification to customer service, and somebody else came, he wasn’t able to clarify something as easy as explaining why there weren’t able just to complete the order, and started to make fun of it. There is no reason at all to have this kind of behavior, there is nothing I can think to justify the lack of education and common sense of the girl and the night shift, I was nice all the time and all I wanted was and answer so I don’t compromise my job and my children’s food. It wasn’t funny, it wasn’t fair, and they were all very disrespectful"
