"Walking into the store we were welcomed with a smile which was nice ! Because Carol Who was the shift manager completely has changed my attitude and views about this location. She was very unprofessional ,rude disrespectful, and belittling her fellow employees! very bad customer service she does not seem to like her job! when she speaks to the employees it is as if she is speaking to a dog and even animals we should not treat them as badly as she does the employees is extremely sad . I am sure this is not the first time that she has acted in this manner , when I asked for the corporate number because I did not like what I was seeing I was told I need to either come back or call in the morning to speak with the supervisor! At that point her attitude changed completely when I asked for the corporate number which is unacceptable."
