"Saturday hours are 11am to 6pm and we went at 5:33pm to get a soup for a little girl. I guess the lady wanted to clean on the clock because she lied to us about it closing at 5:30. She told us to look at every sign inside and outside the store but they all said 6:00pm so she lied and said there was a mistake in every sign. Horrible service and she needs a new place to work at if she’s that impatient. Bad experience for a $3 order that would have taken 2 minutes."

"Young lady Yanet from previous visits had outstanding customer service. Nice, patient and very professional. However when she's not there the other young lady replacing her in the evening time was the total opposite. Ridiculous"

"The skinny Indian girl refuse to take coupons, just because she doesn't want to do the work of typing it in. Apparently she makes executive changes of a corporation program. This is the second time she acts all rude and deny to honor the coupons. We are at a hospital, we are going through hard times and now we have to deal with this rude lady? If you can provide a good service, close the franchise and get someone willing to provide good service. If you get the chance visit the cafeteria of the hospital or drive around town, the subway in the hospital is a pain in the rear."

"This place closes at 9 PM. On Tuesday, May 31, 2016. The girl working said they close at 8:30, she refused to serve me at 8:25. I leave and come back to see her serve two doctors at 8:30 exactly!! I ask her to serve me and she still refused. LAZY NIGHT SHIFT WANTs TO CLOSE EARLY!!!! IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY AT THAT TIME!!!! I WANT HER FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
