"This McDonalds throughout the years has gotten worse and worse. Tonight was one of the worst experiences with a McDonald's establishment. A manager insulted me and told me he wasn't going to provide me service after keeping me waiting. Almost every employee I encounter dose not greet you nor treat you with respect. However, for a manger to act this way was very surprising and disappointing. I have walked inside to complain, and no action has ever been taken to correct the faces that represent this establishment. I would suggest anyone reading this, don't go to this location you will be disappointed."

"I was trying to order at the counter and one of the staff told me to do the it my self by the machine. If she would have asked me politely i would have definitely done it even though I’m not very familiar ordering that way. I left after such an awful experience."

"Today, November 25, 2023, at 9:00 am, I visited McDonald's located at 5650 NW 7th St, Miami. I go there every Saturday, and previously, they treated me wonderfully, without the slightest complaint. This Saturday, I went to pick up an online order and they informed me that the order did not appear in the system. They called the manager, Diana, who rudely mentioned that if the order didn't show up in the system, she couldn't do anything. Despite my attempts to show her the receipt, she turned around and walked away while I was trying to talk to her. Feeling very irritated, I headed out to the parking lot. Before leaving, another customer hurried out to inform me that my order had "been received." I returned, and after some time, they handed me the order, and I left. I believe there's no justification for mistreating a customer, especially a senior like me. This incident represents the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I hope many people see this review, and the business takes action to prevent similar incidents from happening to others."
