"Party of 5 (including 1 yr old). Surprisingly good food with a limited menu. (But it was nice to not have to negotiate getting to a restaurant. There's not an easy, close walk to anywhere from this hotel.) We got a bowl; tacos; brownies; ice cream. Server was fairly attentive and pleasant. I think the fact that an 18% gratuity is automatic may have a negative effect on performance. Price for family of 2 with dessert and 2 sodas and gratuity was $80. Atmosphere was nice. Open area with plenty of seating."
"The shuttle took longer than I expected at the airport. When I got the hotel I waited an hour in the lobby to get checked in. They seem very understaffed. After checking in I asked to confirm I could take the shuttle to the airport the next morning at 4am, and I was told the shuttle doesn't start until 5, now I have to get an uber, kind of defeated the whole purpose i booked this hotel. I would not recommend this place, it's unreliable and not worth the hassle."
"It’s the best hotel food I’ve ever had combined with great service & a cool atmosphere. We ate there twice this week and the staff is friendly & knowledgeable about the menu. The plantains side dish, pork tacos (you get 4!!) and the chicken Alfredo are yummy!"
"Where do I begin… well, it took forever to find the door to the restaurant to get in. We circled the entire building trying glass doors that were locked while staff watched from the inside. Then we found a nice patio area with music and a good breeze, but no seating outside. We finally found a door that opened, And when we walked in it was freezing cold. Three strikes before we even ordered. We approached the staff to ask if we were at the correct restaurant because there was no signage. Then we were seated and were told to access the menu via QR code… Menu looked appealing. I asked the waitress about the Cauliflower burger, a vegetarian option on the menu, and she said that they didn’t have it… so if you are vegetarian, good luck. My boyfriend ordered the BRAVO burger, valued at $18, and I ordered the Fiesta Wrap for $15. A group of customers came in 5-10 minutes after us and were served and almost completely fed by the time we got our food. Pictures of our food are shown in this review: First, the “Fiesta Wrap”…. Well, there wasn’t anything “fiesta” about it… The ratio of lettuce to chicken tender thingy was outrageous. It tasted EXACTLY like one of those Crispy Chicken wraps from MCDONALDS. It was good, but not what I was expecting for $15… Also, it did not have any guacamole on it as described in the menu. “The Bravo Burger”… this thing looked incredible on the menu. Get a load of that picture though. Talk about big buns. The burger to bun ratio is a disgrace. Tiny onion rings as well. Can’t even see them in the pic as they are eclipsed by the bun. It looks hilarious honestly. The Pattie’s were quarter thin, I don’t know how it’s possible to cook something like that “medium rare”, but that’s how the order went in. The fries: essentially McDonald’s fries, with 2x the salt. Overall, disappointing experience. Could get McDonald’s for 1/3 the price with similar quality. I usually do not post reviews, but this restaurant really rubbed me the wrong way… I am tired of restaurants getting away with scamming people like this. Well, if you like McChickens or enjoyed the crispy chicken wrap while it lasted at McDonalds, or like McDoubles, then you will enjoy the food at this restaurant, but you will be overpaying."
