"We ate here twice this week and both times were just average. The food was ok and the service wasn't always top notch. Both times we had things missing from our orders. They charge an automatic 20% service fee and claim to have better service because of it but both experiences were sub par. It was nice to try but probably won't return as a regular."

"They are known for their burgers and I see why. They are very good. Aside from being a half pound to start with, they do cook them as you order them. The brioche bun is very good. The patty melt was excellent as well. The service is great. The 20% tip is already included in the bill, so there is no additional gratuity needed unless you were an extra needy customer. The bathroom was pretty interesting, set up like a garage was fine, but in don't know how many people notice written in reverse on the doors are the opposite genders! ( I have no idea why, and had to do a double take while I was washing my hands, and realized I had to be in the right one, with urinals in the there!! Lol) I asked and the women's room has Men on the reverse of its door. So it must have some hidden joke to it."

"The food was “ok” it’s burger and fries, and I ended up getting a Mocktail version of their Lincoln Punch which taste like just pineapple juice with a cherry on top. Then I got the High-Octane Burger that came with fries. The service was good, however they add a 20% gratuity to your bill, which you’re advised once you decide to dine. I will not be back, they don’t have a lunch menu however they do have happy hour. I went for lunch and ended up with $27 bill for a party of one who only had one burger and fries shouldn’t cost that much. I get that it’s not a fast food place but it tastes like fast food…… Sorry not sorry, just being honest."

"Went for the first time. We were told there would be a 20%service fee added to bill before we sat down. The place is very nice. Decorations gave me Dad Vibes… I did enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The garage door was open and it was a cool night so as a Florida Girl wished I had sat away from the breeze. Our server was a little delayed in getting sauce for the onion rings.. I was also surprised that we were offered to have onion rings instead of fries and were up charged. At the end we asked to split the bill and noticed she charged the one card twice and the other didn’t get charged so had to wait on the corrections. A little pricy for three sandwiches it was 120.00 for two bar well drinks, lemonade and soda. But the food was good so we will leave it at a great experience."

"This is a perfect place when visiting Ft.Myers for the first time as a family setting. I order the American Standard which was absolutely well seasoned, customizable, and very delicious. The fries were a nice touch with barbecue sauce (super favorable) on the side. It was a great overall experience based on Henry Ford. The waiters were absolutely nice and frankly overall very polite. Loved that everything was well organized and clean. I am very glad that we were able to experience this restaurant! Lots of fun."
