"Suggest the salsa bar. Ordered shrimp burrito, meat tacos and the zone chicken. The shrimp and sides had good flavor, will suggest to improve the flavor of the meat and chicken as they were bland."

"Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and fast food place. The cashier KETSY constantly argued with me after my order was made incorrectly. Normally, it is an easy fix but not today. She preceded to argue with me and tell me how I told her the order wrong. It didn’t stop there though, after I said it was just miscommunication, she continued to tell me that I did it wrong and need to do it better next time. After I finally got her to listen and correct my order, she began to toss food out of my bag before giving it to me. I was a regular at this restaurant for months and never had this experience but this was my first time having KETSY as the cashier. The food is pretty good but they need to get the customer service under control. Very disappointed."

"Dropped to 2 stars. Why? They have the atracity to sneak in some overcooked burnt chips for a pickup order. I didn't open and checked. Wife was piss and I had to go out again to another store. Who would even do this to their customers? I know they gives chip for free. But this isn't even edible and the taste destroyed my taste bud for the food. I thought it was a new chip style at first."
