Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Very sloppy and rude staff. One big kid has such a bad attitude he ought to be fired right away. Absolutely sick and tired of thinking that I have to beg for a decent product. From now on at Chipotle's I'm going to start my order and finish it through all the way up to the cash register, and if I'm not happy with the end product I'll speak to the manager before I pay. If not satisfied and not happy with the finished product then I'm just going to walk out. With all the negative comments at this and almost every other Chipotle location you would think the manager there would have a heart-to-heart talk with the staff. Either do better or leave. I guarantee you if I were managing this restaurant it would be operating a lot better, let me repeat that a lot better. No Forks, could not receive a receipt because there was no paper, tables and Floors were filthy. The food line had extra food hanging out around the food containers and I actually saw one young man use a spoon to knock it back inside making it available for the next Patron. If you're not happy with the finished product I really urge you to speak to the manager about not only the product that you're about to purchase, but also the condition of the restaurant if it's as dirty as it was when I was in there. If not satisfied, then walk out"

"I order from here once a week and it's normally good. I have had a few issues with Uber Eats deliveries as the servings have been stingy or missing items when I am not there ordering in person. I ordered for probably the 20th time from here last night via Uber Eats. Another issue with the delivery to the point that customer service will not refund me because of the monetary refunds that they have had to do with Chipotle. My bowl was completely opened and all over the inside of my bag. And my two Mexican colas were missing. I was told to contact the store but of course no one answers. You have lost one of your best customers. So disappointed. Response to Chipotle: I already did that and no one was reached out."

"This location has a manager (Brittney) who went above and beyond. I ordered DD 3 steak tacos. They arrived looking like the dasher ate half the ingredients and poorly rewrapped the foil. I inspected the bag and no signs of tampering at all so I deduce the person who made it simply did not give a ... well you know. After a half hour waiting on the phone with DD I figured I would drive up to where they should have to remake my meal anyways while I waited for someone to handle my issue. I arrived and Brittany came out of the office and heard my complaint. She inspected the bag and receipt and informed me I was at the wrong Chipoltle. I sigh and ask if she knows where the correct store was. She immediately offered to remake my tacos to save me the hassle. Customer service like this is far and few between so when it is received it is appreciated. The tacos are great! I am home now enjoying them and hung up on DD for the ridiculous wait I was still on. Visit this location and ask for her and give her an acknowledgement for being an amazing manager and running a great team. Thanks again"

"We ordered online and picked up our 2 meals. NEVER expected to have ALL BURNT chips. As consumers, we pay good money for food and expect to be able to enjoy it. Chipotle you owe us a refund!"
