"Unfortunately tonight I found a piece of old metal (small hard wire) in my sweet chili sauce shrimp. I had been calling the restaurant to alert them and no one answered the phone. I hope I didn’t swallowed any pieces of that wire!"
"We stayed 4 nights at the Residence Inn Plantation around the corner. My 13 and 10 year old live on chicken fried rice at game. We got a large container on day 1. They loved it and finished it the following morning. The next day ai had to get the largest "bucket" they had. On day 4, I had to get a medium size to get them through the trip. You have the option of white meat chicken or "fried and breaded" chicken pieces."
"My husband ordered delivery through Uber. The order total about $50 including tip . The order also included shrimp fried rice, as I don’t eat any type of meat or pork product. Just arrived from work after 12 hour day to find that we were given some type of rice , contain pork , beef and whatever else . It definitely wasn’t shrimp fried rice . Upon this discovery, my husband called the restaurant for the lady to tell him that he was not being truthful about the rice. He asked her if he she’s calling him a liar . Keep in mind, It’s the smallest shrimp rice !!!!!!! Completely overpriced. It was $10.00. Both people at the counter did not eat pork , so they have an idea of what that means but to accuse my husband of being a liar is absurd. I have been ordering from this restaurant for at least 7 years . The person at the counter during that time was a lovely lady , who was spectacular and paid attention to detail . It’s obvious that it has changed hands because there was a muscle / security person who had the audacity to approach , aggressively about my approach to the situation. I don’t eat any meat and pork products, so yes ! I’m upset when you get something you did not order and then be called a liar . This is absolutely ridiculous! I can assure you , your restaurant won’t survive with this type of service, especially in this area. Get rid of your muscle man, he’s going to send you out of business because if you continue to respond to a customer like this , you won’t survive in this neighborhood. We’re out !!!! Good luck because you both appear to be good people but your muscle person doesn’t have a good look for this business especially in this area and check the order before sending it out. The chicken was was horrible , thick sauce and cold . So sorry !! Good luck !"
"My first time here and my fries were either old and rebated or just over cooked. They tasted like grease. I don’t cook my fries until they are this color!!!! The person who took my order was polite but made excuses as to the shade of the fries. They tasted awful. He said the owner wasn’t there. He tried to offer to make another batch but I couldn’t wait. I was very disappointed as my initial and last visit. I gave him two stars for his effort but this is unacceptable."
"I don’t usually write reviews, but I spent about $40 through delivery for this meal (shrimp japchae and chicken chow mein), and it was completely inedible. The chow mein was unrecognizable as any food item, and tasted horrific. We could not even keep the chicken in our mouths, it was so bad. The japchae tasted nothing like japchae, and the sauce it sat in was sour and salty. I could barely get through a few pieces of what seems like breaded and soaked shrimp. I even tried to eat the shrimp with white rice, but I couldn’t take more than a few bites. We also got chicken fried rice, and the peas in it were hard. The entire meal had to be tossed. I don’t know if it was just a bad night, but I am very upset for the waste of food and money. There was not a single aspect of this order that was salvageable."
