Reviews of Wendy's
"Wrost customer service. They make you drive up to the window then give you attitude because they have no idea what was your order. They make you go on reverse and wait behind a yellow post so that you do not start the timer after they have you waiting for about 5 min they ask you to come up to the window again to hand in your order, they do not give you time to check if your order is correct they just close the window."
"It’s relatively clean but does smell a bit. The drink machine that customers use is dirty in the area where you place your cup. The stand from where you would usually grab utensils, salt/pepper, etc. was empty and so was the ketchup dispenser. Food was satisfactory, unfortunately the fries were Luke warm."
"This was bad expirience I had in a Wendy's was hungry stopped by in Miami got this Burger it was overcooked Burned and dry ,plus I got a sour lemonade to top it off they did not give me a reciept to be able to dispute and get my money back. HAD TO TROW AWAY"
"On June 26th around 9:24AM I pass by Wendy’s to order the Chicken Butter Biscuit sandwich meal for my wife and I. When I approached the intercom to place my order and asked for two additional sides of the honey butter in order to dip the potato wedges, even told the lady on the intercom that I don’t mind the extra cost if they have to charge (told her this twice and said it slower on the second time.) after she repeated back to me the order including the sides she asked if I wanted an oatmeal cookie. Knowing that they have attachment rates for extras I said sure, even though I hate raisins and ended up tossing them away, just with the hopes that by ordering them blasted cookies they’d squeeze in a tad extra of the honey butter in the little small black container with the clear lids or at least on the sandwich. I pull up to the drive through window and greeted to what seemed a Central/South American woman whom I greeted in both English and Spanish to no reply. She handed me the OJ with the cookies and took my card. A few moments after she returned my card and receipt and handed me my bag containing to what I hoped was my complete order. As soon as I take the bag from her hand she B-Lines it away from the window at Mach Five speed and disappears. I look through my bag and notice no sides of the honey butter. I wait around 1-2 minutes hoping she’d be back so I can ask about the honey butter and position once again that I DONT CARE if they have to charge extra, just provide the sides of the honey butter. No one shows up, it’s a little early to be honking but I honked twice to no prevail. I wait another 2-3 thinking she maybe rushed away to the window because the manager called her. I then honk twice. No one shows up. At this point I count it as a loss and head home. Once I arrive home and look through our sandwiches both my wife’s and I sandwich are deprived of any honey butter. I hope management reads some of these reviews, I’m noticing there is a trend in the lack of customer service in the morning crew, especially with this black haired Hispanic women. I added an extra star because the highlight was the potato wedges and the orange juice. Dunkin Doughnuts may have a mile long drive through every morning but their morning business is booming due to their customer service and people such as myself will gladly wait for said service."
"I came here to try for the first yime the breakfast menu. I got the combo #2 the sandwich is delicious they using a real egg and the coffee is A+ Definitely we will coming back to try the other options."
