McDonald's

"I like this McDonald's due to the fact that they have breakfast until 1400 hrs. However, I had not been in here until today. The manager is rude to her employees, reprimands employees with no problem in front of customers. She and 4 others working the pick-up window! I ordered the bundle (McDouble and fries) and it took them 18 minutes to filled my order. The manager needs improvement!!!"

"They never have Ice cream or Shakes at night. Is there a reason why? Or the employees don’t like to clean the machine? Come on, it will be nice to have a full menu at least for once at night time"

"There was only 1 kid taking care of everything, including bagging orders to be picked up. My sandwich had been ready for a while and there were 3 other women including a manager or assistant manager playing with her phone and not helping him at all. So I complained to them and the assistant was very rude and did not help the kid. When I left there were 5 or 6 people waiting for the one kid to take their orders an serve them. This is unacceptable."

"Brenda “the shift manager” on sept 13 at around 9:00 was only taling orders from one side of the drive through, when we finally decided to drive toward the window because 4 cars from the other lane had gone ahead we were greated by ine of the most unprofessional individuals i have ever encountered. She wanted to charge us a different order and wouldn’t let us put a word in. When she finally let us explain, she visably got angry and started lying about her only taking the first lane for 4 car straight because of mobile orders. This isnt the first problem i have at this mcdonalds and now i know why. When i asked the manager for her name and specifically told her i would be leaving a review she said didnt care about reviews. I really do hope soneone can fix the mess tjat this mcdonalds is"

"So... I have yet been to McDonald's and received a good service. Everyone at this location is happy to serve customers. They have a manager there she's a slightly older lady who have great problem solving skills, can diffuse a situation. Their app was down due to the storm and it took my payment but failed to send me a pick-up order code."
