Reviews of Pinolandia
"Always a vibe. THE CARNE ASADA WITH GALLO PINTO IS THE VIBE. Get the cacao drink on the side and then we are good to go. Service is quick and ladies are great to deal with."
"Excellence? That's an understatement! It's like every bite, just catapults you straight to flavor town. I'm telling you, if I had to choose between breathing and having another bite of their food, I'd need a minute to think about it. And that's saying something! I'll tell ya, the day I kick the bucket, I want my remains sprinkled over that parking lot. Not to sound morbid, but that's how much I dig this joint. It's not just a restaurant; it's a culinary paradise that I'd happily haunt forever! You think I'm kidding? No, I'm dead serious about this one. So, next time you're in Miami, do yourself a favor, swing by this place. Your taste buds will thank you, and maybe even your afterlife plans will change – just saying!"
"Dear Management, I am writing to address a deeply concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment, which was Wednesday night. Not only was the quality of the food not up to par, but the behavior of the guy behind the register was utterly unacceptable and discriminatory. While attempting to receive a detailed receipt for my order, the individual managing the register made derogatory comments that were both disrespectful and entirely uncalled for. Not only did he dismiss my request, but he also went as far as suggesting that I should purchase a new system myself to print detailed receipts. His comment, implying that I, as a woman, should fund the improvement of your systems, is not just disrespectful but entirely inappropriate. As a paying customer in America, I expect and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. No one should be subjected to such discriminatory and dismissive behavior, especially not in a place of business that should value its patrons equally. I reiterate that my request for a detailed receipt was not an unreasonable one. It's a standard expectation for customers to receive a breakdown of their purchases, which not only helps in verifying charges but also ensures transparency and accuracy in transactions. Furthermore, invoking the notion of geographical differences and suggesting that women's rights differ based on location is not just disrespectful but also deeply troubling. Regardless of the country, respect for individuals, especially in a professional setting, should be universal. I urge you to address this matter promptly. Such behavior not only tarnishes your establishment's reputation but also creates an unwelcoming environment for customers. I hope that immediate steps will be taken to rectify this situation and ensure that no other patron experiences such disrespectful treatment. I eagerly anticipate your response and the actions taken to address this issue."
"Food here is always good, love the carne asada. That’s what I always get with gallo pinto, plantains and that fried cheese. They have the food there ready to serve so even tho there might be a line, they more very quickly. Is a good place to go eat. Now it’s not a 5 start impressing a first date type of restaurant, or you are celebrating your anniversary type either. But more like a pick up eat and go."
"I usually go to the Pinolandia location on Little Havana. I realized that there was this location closer to me and decided to go here for the quicker time to get there. Was not disappointed because it was fanastic and the same as little havana. My family and I all had carne asada with rice, plantains and fried cheese. All good price and wonderful, would recommend."
