Conch Heaven

"So let me start by saying the customer service when ordering is fine. The girls are cool. It’s the food I have an issue with. The food tastes effortless. Well “Conch” heaven is supposed to have good/conch. My food today was very lackluster and just all around not good. The batter on the conch was slightly odd, not one sprinkle of salt. The rice was supposed to be peas & rice but if you closed your eyes you would think it’s white rice. Mac n cheese was not good, but not bad.. just regular. The potato salad was great. It came to the point where I just said you know what, I’m going to call and let them know, I did that as I was explaining the dark skin lady worker hung the phone up on me. (They have caller ID) so I said maybe it was an accident she will call back…after 7 min, I decided to call back, this time she said the manager is “On a break” then she said he’s not here, call back later. Overall, I won’t be back, it’s not anywhere close to what it use to be."

"I stopped coming here 2 years ago because of poor customer service and low quality food. I saw that another seafood restaurant that I loved going to revamp their entire restaurant, so I assumed Conch heaven may have as well. Sadly, the same poor customer service and and the food was even worst! Microwaved cabbage, refried shrimp and not enough seafood for what I paid. I promise my last time ever supporting Conch Heaven. Different staff same poor service now the food poor! They charge all that money for little food and their building is still run down."
