"I come to this place often by myself and my kids. Today I came, and as I'm walking in. There were three employees by the counter food. The were all laughing and one of the girls was putting a whole fist of food inside her mouth at the customer sight. When they saw me they stopped and walked to the back Laughing. One of them comes back to take my order smiling like it was funny. She started taking my order and I gave her a $20 bill. That was ripped a little on the corner. She stated it She couldn't take my $20 bill and if I had another one. I said no So I gave her my hundred dollar bill. She then said that she couldn't take a $100 bill.I laughed and she said that she was the team lead. Then I told her we'll tell the owner that he will be hearing from my review. As I was looking for my card in my purse. She grabbed a roll of tickets that were sitting on top of the counter and slammed it on the counter. She reminded me that she was a team lead. And she couldn't take the money it would be on her. I told her to let the owner know about my review and her body language was the I don't care one. I proceeded to pay for my order and left after having my food. Horrible experience! I will look for another tropical smoothie somewhere else even if it's a drive. Don't want my Buisness? Don't worry you won't have it! Remember customers pay your rent and your pay check. By the way she also was the one that made my smoothie and shaped a dirty top with red on it."

"This location is my go-to for lunch. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. Tiny always makes me feel welcomed! She also gave me some really good recommendations for lunch! Overall I have no complaints."

"First time ordering from Tropical smoothie and definitely my last. The salad I receive is definitely NOT worth $10.99. I got a Thai salad which includes chicken, carrots, wontons, sesame seed and cilantro, on a bed of lettuce. My salad had the carrots and chicken with lettuce. The lettuce looks wilted, on top of it all. The dressing is actually good, has a hint os spice though. I’m very upset that I spent almost $20 on my order (including a smoothie) for this. Two stars for the dressing and the smoothie."
