"Just awful! Take your money somewhere else. I ordered a tropichop pork and there was hardly any food and maybe a spoonful of pork. I’ve been eating pollo tropical for 10 years and I’ve never seen such a stingy portion. Never again.."

"I will be coming by tomorrow to get the manager's name from tonight, September 18th. We pulled up before closing time but the gentleman taking the order was clearly trying to stall. He took the order that we placed but kept saying he couldn't hear, huh, what, we are out of corn, we are out chicken, before it finally hit 9pm and he said oh I'm sorry we are close, the manager said we close. When asked to speak to the manager she refused service despite everything, saying they only have one whole chicken left and that's why. She refused to give us her name asking "for what." And refused to give the district manager's name as well. She said to go online and leave the review which is what I'm doing. She finally just stopped speaking and answering after that. I will be coming back for that manager's name tomorrow, and I want to speak with the district manager. This is not someone who should be in the leadership role as she is not demonstrating proper leadership behavior."

"Walked in and employees ignored me. I purposely waiting 13 minutes to see if someone would say “one moment please or sir I’ll be with you in a moment “ or something. Well, that didn’t happen. I ended up going next door to chipotle. Only if the owner or if corporate owned knew what was going on here. Definitely loosing money due to lack of damage control and simple customer service. Just left chipotle and had a great experience! Good luck with this place everyone!"

"This used to be a place where you could find food to go. Stay away from there. The rice wasn't cooked, the plantains were burned, soaking oil and with a really bad taste. The yuca frita tasted like a piece of plastic. Very disappointing."
