Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I asked for a little sour cream and a little cheese. Loaded it all over my tacos. The chicken was visibly burnt, and its dry and def. burnt. I got an eye roll when asking for a side of rice. Worst service from all 3 people I interacted with. I had to ask for a receipt. Even though it was printed, they tossed it in the trash."

"If I could give this location -0 stars I would. Firstly, The management is terrible. The manager has no customer service skills and proceeds to behave as if she were in a third world country. The workers have no type of manners as well and proceed to also behave as if they were in a third world country. when a tray is empty they do not refill it and they just simply say there’s no more. This place sucks. Drive an extra mile and go to a different location."

"The worst food I have ever tried in my life. 33 dollars worth of food and it was cold and old. The 3 taco shells were broken, saggy and the beans were cold like they took them out of the fridge. The bag was also broken. I think they taste better for my garvish can. La peor experiencia que he tenido con Chipotle. De todos los lugares que he visitado este es el peor. No lo recomiendo."

"so i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was at the bottom. when i went to my car it kept dripping so i went back in and the lack of customer service was disgusting. cant do the minimal of packing food right. as a person who works mornings i am exhausted and this completely ruined my day. cant even enjoy fast food anymore. but atleast the manager helped me with redoing my order. and when i got my order again it was still all sloppy. but i guess thank you"
