"I’ve never had an issue when going to this location compared to the others. The food is nice and fresh, the staff is really nice and attentive, and the wait times are not long at all. I always walk out really happy and satisfied when I pick up food here. This is definitely the right location to go to if you’re thinking of picking up Pollo Tropical for dinner and don’t want to deal with any issues"
"Wow if you want to get the wrong food come here. I have been to this location a handful of times and EVERY TIME I have been they give me wrong order or mess it up. I would never recommend this location at all. Get chick fila across street. Much better. Please tell me if this order masked sense. I HATE tomates. I don’t see tomates on the receipt I don’t see steak on receipt but look at what I got."
"I went here for a change and ordered a newer item on the menu called a tropical chop which contains pork, steak and 1/4 chicken. The sides were sweet plantains, rice, and black beans. The beans are cook to a soupy state. Not sure if they're soaked first. Overall the meal is good and the price is competitive to other fast food joints"
