"I have never been to panera before because I've heard bad things, however those were wrong. All the staff were extremely friendly. Food was outstanding. I will definitely be back for more."

"I do quick in and out because I order online. I have a sip club membership that I try to use as often as possible to get free coffee. when I do interact with this stuff they seemed pretty friendly. There was one time I did not get the coffee that I wanted because it was empty and the guy who I assume was a manager quickly grabbed my cup, got it from the back so i wouldn't have the way too long"

"Hi, today I had a wonderful experience at the Panera location in Plantation. Actually I was in Publix, and decided to walk over and pick up my birthday gift at Panera. Walking in I noticed there were about 9-10 people in front of me. The Manager, who I later found out was named Jessica, was at the register taking orders. Jessica, was quick, courteous, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable of the menu, answered every question in a polite, professional manner. Plus, if a customer didn’t order a drink, she asked! If a customer didn’t order dessert, she asked. I waited no longer than 8 min to be greeted with a tremendous smile, and thanked me for my patience. I explained what an incredible job she did in that short period of time. Being an ex- manager myself in the fast food industry, I totally understand the struggle of outstanding customer service. I hope upper management reads my review, and understands how good Jessica is. This time of the day was during lunch. It was great to see a manager being hands on, and not sitting back in the office! Good job Jessica!"

"I'll say this, it is a hard working group of people that keeps things going here. There must have been 10 mobile orders ahead of me, and countless after. It's work ordering ahead of time, or you'll wait like I did for 10 to 12 minutes. Other than the odd line of waiting people who ordered in store, it's a pleasant place. Clean, and friendly for sure. And I've never had a bad order or experience. Just don't be in a hurry or order ahead of time and look like a hero!"
