"Their service for seniors is criminal! My mother-in-law receives lunches daily as an elderly benefit. The meals are borderline abuse. Chicken undercooked, other meat burned, they send a menu and they send you what they want and not what you ask for. When you call to complain everyone laughs at you and ignores the complaint. They only tell you that you can leave if you want because they have over 1600 "cantinas". My mother-in-law is lucky that we check her food, I feel extremely sorry for the other elderly folks that cannot complain and have to eat the food because they have nothing else to eat. They are going to kill an old person with food poisoning. We have reported them to our social worker, let's see if anything comes of this."
