"PROS: Parking. CONS:Male manager/supervisor wiped his nose with ungloved hands, handled cash, then prepared a customers meal. All other staff wore gloves and a head covering."

"I just ordered earlier today via Uber Eats at this location a cheeseburger ketchup, only no mustard, no diced onions, and no pickles, a small fry, and a small caramel Frappuccino. The Uber driver delivered my order and my fries are missing so I called this location to let them know that they didn’t put my fries in the bag. I checked both the big bag and the small bag so when I called this location I was telling them my issue and, I was telling them the number that was on the bag. They were telling me there was no order and I had told them that I had ordered it through their location and the location on the app is this location. So basically, the manager hung up on me and is not now answering my call. I am calling corporate once it opens up tomorrow. These employees are so rude. Hanging up on me when I am trying to figure out how to get my food that’s missing."

"Needs more employees, nobody ready to take your order, food was ok. I didn't know that at this location (Flamingo Plaza) you can buy your drinks by the gallon and wash your cups at the fountain dispenser! My next visit, I'm bringing my empty milk jug!!!!!!!"

"absolutely disgusting. the night crew needs to be retrained on how long to cook their meat….. Throughout the training and implementation of the fresh beef all restaurants are supposed to have had been taught on how to properly adjust and dial in the grills so things like this do not happen…"
