"This place needs work. Ordered food waited well over an hour. Two burgers and a salmon. Bacon was EXTREMELY undercooked, inedible. Fries were cold. Cheese was thrown on top last minute. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Also the bar was ice cold. Tables around us were having the same experience. Worst $80 I’ve ever spent. Will not be back. Don’t waste your time."
"The place seemed nice but there were barely any people in there and the food took over an hour. The service was sloooowwww. And the food was worse quality than Applebee's. Super overpriced - chicken tenders for 14 and it came with 2 strips and a tiny amount of bad fries. The drinks were strong so that was a plus. Maybe happy hour would be worth it."
"Had a nice dinner and good service at a very reasonable cost. Great views from the 9th floor of the Holiday inn. *Warning, gratuity already added to your bill of 18%, but they don't yeah you that."
"Delayed by American Airlines. $12 meal voucher won't cover any of the sandwiches nor entrees (duh). The Google menu is not from this universe. So, here is the dinner menu from Mar. 2022. Positive: 270° view of the Miami skyline and traffic ;-). Tables are set with table cloths, linen napkins, and china. Dress is casual. On the 9th floor of the Holiday Inn. Interior is connected with the lounge. Doors locked until 6pm. On this 7pm Monday visit, only six tables with diners all seated window front. Spacing is wide. Staff was very attentive working two tables each. I ordered the BBQ bacon cheese burger medium rare. It was a substantial burger of hand packed beef cooked to perfection. It's been years since I've seen a medium-rare burger. Most are overcooked. This 1/2-pound beauty was exactly as requested. Moist and savory. It arrived on a bun that seemed bakery fresh. The burger was seared and did not saturate the bottom bun when delivered. The table next to me had the Cuban which looked like another good choice for the stranded traveler That table could not stop commenting how good those sandwiches were. Well prepared meals, high staff to table ratio, and a separate full service lounge to help you get some sleep before that morning red-eye."
"Considering this hotel is where our airline stashed us after they messed up, I didn't expect much. The food was shockingly good. My wife had a Caesar with steak and the steak was perfectly done and tender. I had a Cubano, and it was a great example of the sandwich. Honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. Yleana was gracious and attentive, as was all the staff."
