"This was my first time visiting pollo tropical. I wanted to try a few things so I ordered the 1/4 chicken with beans and rice, the Cuban sandwich, a side of cheesy yuca, and the key lime pie because they were out of the quatro leche. Everything was delicious except for the chicken. It was extremely dry and had very little meat on it. The Cuban was delicious as where the cheesy bites but I don’t think I’ll be ordering the chicken next time unless I can see it first to ensure it’s not dry and meatless."

"This location is trying to pass off shredded steak as churrasco and charging as if it is churrasco. I order that meal from pinecrest location often and the difference is very apparent. I even asked to confirm and the lady in the front just kept saying that’s the steak."
