"We had an issue with an order on Valentine’s Day and we spoke about it the next day with George who was super helpful. We are very impressed with his customer service and how great he handled everything. We usually go to the location in Sunrise and even though it’s closer to us, we’ll definitely be ordering from this one from now on because of how great the customer service is and how great the food was."

"The eggs were burnt in the fried rice. The BBQ ribs were overcooked and so tough I couldn’t eat them. Call to speak with a manager but no manager was on site , just the supervisor who’s the cook. I usually eat at the restaurant but decided to try the take out, total disappointment!"

"It's sad to have to give this PFC location a bad review, but unfortunately the quality of food and service is just not good. I have ordered twice from here and both times I had to go back and complain because the order was incorrect, I was missing food, or the food was burnt. The last time I ordered which was yesterday evening, it was really bad. Not only was my order incorrect, but the beef was burnt to a crisp. You can't even get ahold of anyone on the phone here, they just never answer. Additionally, the location is not clean, there are ants everywhere. Food is extremely overpriced for the amount received, you can barely share with another person. Of all the other Asian food locations available in the area, we chose to order from here just to be disappointed. You can tell the kitchen staff doesn't care, and the person at the front is left all alone to deal with all the customers, complaints and issues. Not sure if it's an understaffing issue (which is more common nowadays), or a training issue, but for the reputation that PFC restaurants have, this location really lacks. Will not be ordering from here again."

"Disappointed! Flavor wise the food was good, however I ordered the Mongolian beef entree and the beef was over cooked, if needed I wouldn’t have been able to share with a child due to the the difficulty to chew it. The portion of beef was mediocre. It felt like I ordered rice with vegetables. The *stir fry* broccoli and and carrots were basically raw. I love PFC, but I hadn’t had it in a while, seems like quality isn’t the same any more :( See picture"
