Chipotle Mexican Grill

"02/21/2024: As you can all see there is a problem here… it’s seems to come from management not choosing the right staff. They aren’t trained well in the food industry let alone to customer service and it is really sad because it is a brand new business with all bad reviews as of today’s date. I ordered a veggie bowl and two sweet ladies assisted me tonight. Everything was great until the supposed “manager” was hurrying them and the customers in line. As I am getting closer to pay I noticed that my bowl had a “C” on it. I have always gone to Chipotle and it has said “V” for veggie. Therefore, I asked the supposed “manager” if he can please make sure it’s not chicken because I don’t eat chicken and I would hate to get home and see the wrong bowl. He opened my bowl and started digging through it with his fingers. I’ve never seen this before… my face was in shock!! Last time I checked we have all been taught as children that you don’t play with your food ESPECIALLY if it’s not yours, nevertheless, A CUSTOMERS. I asked the gentleman who was charging my order nicely that I didn’t want that one, if he can please change it for me, he said yes. Once he told the guy, he became upset and began asking questions as to why I wanted a new order. I mentioned that “I don’t like people playing with my food” and said “how was I supposed to check?”, I responded “I believe we could’ve seen with our eyes if it had chicken or maybe used a spoon.” He turned around upset and saying things. I’m here patiently waiting for my order to get re-done until I notice that the line keeps growing and growing. I asked nicely to the gentleman in the cashier how long it would take and he said just to wait till the line went down a little bit. I waited some more until I didn’t see anyone helping me and I approached a sweet lady who had asked if she can help me, “the supposed manager” said “yes according to her I’m an asqueroso, you can help her” (translated in English disgusting) yet those words never came out of my mouth. I kept my mouth shut and just decided to take this to a person in charge of this location or region because this is what happens when management doesn’t stop talking; people get upset and react. Yet I wasn’t going to. Having experience in management and customer service, I would never communicate with a customer the way this “manager” did. This is sadly what happens when you don’t have the right leadership team in your business; customers are lost, bad reviews, and staff eventually start to leave… ALL BECAUSE OF ONE REASON, poor leadership team. Very poor customer service, management skills, and quality overall; I feel so bad for the ones who work there."

"Food was over seasoned and taste just like salt. I had a bad experience here and did not enjoy the food at all. I would like to at least get some free coupons or a refund on my food. They gave small portions of everything that wasnt even worth price. One of the worse chipotles I ever been and ate at. Never again."

"I eat at Chipotle at least 2 times a week and was very excited that this location opened near my house. After giving this location multiple chances and speaking with management, I will not be returning. Employees are extremely stingy with portions and even when shown that a normal 4 ounce portion of meat or guac doesn’t come close to filling their pre-measured side cup, management digs their heels in and insists portions are correct. I don’t need to have perfect service at a quick-serve restaurant like this, but if I don’t get the amount of food I pay for, I will go elsewhere. If you’re looking for a Chipotle, I’d recommend other locations."

"Went for dinner around 7pm. The line was a filth mess. The person in front of me ordered black beans and some beef and there were out of both. The guy serving seemed to be over life. He was serving the food like he was shoveling dirt. He was super messy and not paying attention to what he was doing. I ended up canceling my order. When I told him the restaurant was dirty and he didn’t know what he was doing. He said there was there’s only two of us. What do you expect? Since the restaurant was empty I 100% expect a clean like and a server that listens to my order."

"Honestly, I’m very disappointed. I love chipotle and I really just wanted to try this new location. First of all, I paid $20 for a bowl with a side of guac & chips. Though online it is $16 something. The amount of food is very questioning. You can’t really communicate with them because they don’t speak English (which I understand) but have someone that can help… nonetheless I will not go back."
